Lina T. Madden

CHAMBERSBURG,PA- Lina T. (Pighi) Madden, 94, of Village Square, Chambersburg, passed away on March 9, 2012 at Menno Haven Nursing Home.
She was born on February 28, 1918 in Manhattan, New York, to Louis and Adele (Bertorelli) Pighi.
She was married to John Madden Jr. on May 10, 1942 and had been a seamstress in New York City.
She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, and her first great-grandson.
Lina is survived by her husband, John Joseph Madden Jr. of Chambersburg and their three children: Adele Gugliotta and her  husband, Joseph, of Bridgewater, NJ, John Madden of Martinsburg, PA, and Michael C. Madden and his wife, Kathryn, of Chapel Hill, NC; grandchildren, Amanda DeGeorge, Wendy Thompson, Joseph Gugliotta Jr., Michael Madden, Stephanie Madden, and Elayna Madden; great- grandson, Thomas Thompson; a sister, Frances Missale of Farmington Hills, MI; and many nephews and nieces.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012 from 3-5 and 7-9p.m. at the Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 725 Norland Avenue, Chambersburg, PA
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 12th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
Interment will be held on Thursday, March 15th at 11:00 a.m. in South Cemetery, Orange, MA.
Donations in her memory can be made to donor's choice.
Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home in Chambersburg, PA and Witty's Funeral Home in Orange, MA are handling the arrangements.

Aunt Lee touched so many lives, always making them better in many ways. We will all miss her and will see her soon in God''s eternity. Jesus will look after us until then.
