David L. Farrow
ORANGE- David L. Farrow, 62, of Maynard Street, died June 16, 2018 at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Healthcare Campus in Worcester.
Born in Waltham on October 8, 1955, he was a son of Kenneth J. and Barbara (Dean) Farrow and grew up in Ayer, graduating from Ayer High School.
David married Winifred “Winnie” (Daugherty) on August 29, 1998 and enjoyed almost 20 years of marriage.
David made a career in the United States Army and served over 30 years.
He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, hiking, especially in Erving State Forest, and playing darts with his friend Scott. He had also enjoyed playing with his dog “Brady”.
Survivors include his wife, Winnie Farrow of Orange and her children, Justin Hopkins of West Virginia, Ryan Hopkins of Texas, and Candace Hopkins of North Carolina; his mother, Barbara Farrow of Greenville, NC; father, Kenneth J. Farrow of Pepperell; sister, Joan Setzco of Greenville, NC; brothers, Kenneth H. Farrow of Pepperell and Daniel Farrow of Ayer; many nephews and nieces; and very good friend, Scott Fournier of Warwick
David was predeceased by a son, Joshua Farrow, in 1988.
There are no calling hours.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Witty’s Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange.
Interment will follow in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, at 1 p.m.
