ATHOL- Georgette A. Malloy, 71, of Main Street, died on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Quabbin Valley Healthcare in Athol.

Born in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston on June 16, 1947, she was a daughter of William and Agnes (Boisvert) Malloy and grew up in Jamaica Plain.

Georgette was employed by Tufts Health Plan as a claims processor for close to 30 years before retiring.

Known for helping everyone, her home was always open to all. Georgette is remembered as the sweetest and most loving mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed.

Georgette was fond of going to Old Orchard Beach, Maine for vacations and enjoyed playing computer games, working on puzzles and especially cuddling with her dogs.

Georgette is survived by her children, Dawn Coston of Athol, Miguel Ramos of Marlborough, Aleandro Ramos of Weymouth and Angela Donnelly of Quincy; 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and a sister, Frances Goodwin in Jamaica Plain.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Boisjolie on January 4, 2019.

There are no calling hours or formal services.
