WORCESTER- James H. Gilfoy, 83, of Blackstone River Road, died unexpectedly at home on February 17, 2018 after being stricken ill.

Born in Worcester on May 13, 1934, he was a son of the late Thomas J. and Rose M. (Plouffe) Gilfoy.

James was married to Joyce A. (Gunn) who predeceased him on June 6, 2014.

There are no calling hours or services and interment will be private at South Cemetery, Orange.
