Rita M. Rivers

ATHOL- Rita M. (Duguay) Rivers, 99, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018.

She was born on August 23, 1918, daughter of Ulric and Sarah (Cormier) Duguay.

Rita was married to Merritt Cleveland for 38 years.

She leaves a son, Rodney Cleveland and his wife, Anita; a daughter, Carol Bender; a sister, Noella Boutelle; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces; as well as two sisters in law.

Rita will be deeply missed.

There are no calling hours or services.

Rita will be buried at Riverside Cemetery in Winchendon privately.

Witty’s Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange, is assisting the family.
