Robert A. Hause
ORANGE- Robert A. Hause, 56, of Prentiss Street, died unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 after being stricken ill.
Born in Gardner on November 27, 1962, he was a son of James E. Hause Sr. and Sally (Gates) and grew up in Orange, graduating from Ralph C. Mahar Regional School in 1981 and attended Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner.
On October 1, 1988, he married Ruth (Brown) and have been married for over 30 years.
Robert was employed by the C.A. Smith Lumber and Feed in Ludlow as a yard foreman and previously had worked at the former Orange Cash and Carry Lumber.
An avid hunter in his younger years, Robert had also coached Orange Little League, enjoyed football, and especially loved backyard BBQ’s.
Robert had a huge heart and was always willing to help others.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Hause of Orange; a daughter, Sabrina Hause of Orange; a son, Brandon Hause of Orange; his mother, Sally Morin of Orange; sisters, Wendy Bosworth and her husband, Mark, of Athol, and Wanda Dow and her husband, Michael, of Gardner; brothers, James Hause Jr. and his wife, Serena, of Orange, Michael King of Leominster, Peter Guilmette of Orange, and Eric Graves of New Hampshire; many nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces; his mother in law, Gloria Brown of Orange; sisters in law and brothers in law; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
There are no calling hours or formal services.
A celebration of life will be held at October 6, 2019 from 1-4 p.m. at the Orange American Legion on Daniel Shays Highway in Orange.
Interment in West Orange Cemetery, Orange, will be private.
