Ronald E. Parker

Ronald E. Parker ORANGE- Ronald E. Parker, 67, of 17 Summer Street, died on Thursday, June 22, 2006 at home after being stricken ill. Born in Cambridge on May 26, 1939, he was a son of Ernest and Mildred Katz Parker and grew up in Cambridge. Ron was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served in the United States Army. Following his Honorable discharge from the service, he went to work int the electronics field and had worked as a manager for a manufacturer in the Boston area. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed target shooting. He had been married to Pamela Noyes for a number of years. Survivors include his sons, David Parker of Naples, FL, Richard Parker of North Easton, MA, Robert Parker of Naples, FL, Jonathan Parker of Norton, MA, and Christopher Parker of Valrico, FL; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; his brothers, Harold Parker of West Palm Beach, FL, and William Parker of Orange. Funeral services and interment will be private. There are no calling hours. Witty's Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange, is directing the arrangements.
