Ann T. (Bourque) Marshall

ORANGE- Ann (Bourque) Marshall, 89, of East River Street, Orange, MA passed away peacefully with family by her side at her home on November 11, 2023 after a period of declining health.

Ann graduated from Orange High School in 1952 and married Stewart Marshall on September 19, 1959.  Ann worked at L.S. Starrett and ran a daycare from her home for many years.

Ann was predeceased by her husband Stewart, parents Joseph and Eva Bourque, twin sister (at birth) Ann Marie, sister Doris Olson, sister Rita Thibodeau, brother Harold Bourque. 

Ann loved vacationing in Wells Beach, ME with family every July, watching the Red Sox, hosting people and making them feel welcome in her home.  Ann spent many years volunteering in the Alzheimer’s Unit at Quabbin Valley Healthcare, spending time with family and friends and hosting bible studies.

Ann was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Survivors include daughter Kimberly Marshall of Orange, MA, son Christopher Marshall (wife Tammy) of Royalston, MA, son Jeffrey Marshall (Tracy) of Ware, MA and daughter Jemica Haines of Orange, MA.   Grandchildren Andrew Marshall (Sarah Jane) of Winchendon, MA, Camden Marshall (wife Tempest) of Juneau, AK, Amanda Carey (Tommy) of Warwick, MA, Cody Marshall (Mickey) of Athol, MA, Hannah Marshall of Athol, MA, Noah Haines of Naugatuck, CT and Adam Haines of Orange, MA.  Great-grandchildren, Taylor Jane and Rylynn Marie.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. at Witty’s Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange followed by a short service.

 Interment in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon will be private.
