Arthur C. Fontaine

Orange, MA - Arthur C. Fontaine passed away on 4/16/23 to a more peaceful and beautiful place. He was born September 14, 1940 in Gardner, MA to Cleo Fontaine and E. Maxine (Mann) Fontaine.

He loved boating, fishing, snowmobiling and spending time with his family. He owned and operated Airport AutoBody for many years and worked at Pete's Tire Barn for over 20 years until his retirement.

He leaves his wife of 52 years Doris (Edwards) Fontaine, a daughter Brenda Marshall (William) of Colorado, a son Brian Fontaine (Colleen) of Connecticut, a daughter Jennifer Fontaine (Michael Gorzkowicz) of Orange. He leaves 7 grandchildren - Aimee and David from Colorado, Marilee, Jessica and AJ from Connecticut, and Whitney from Fitchburg and Rebecca from Vermont.14 Great grandchildren, 10 Great-great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews and many friends. He leaves a brother Wesley from Deland, Florida and a longtime friend Eddie Duhaime. He leaves a family of care givers that took great care of him Mo, Charlie, Karen and nieces Tina and Jessica. He was predeceased by a brother Keith Fontaine.

After cremation he will be interred at a later date at the discretion of the family.
