ORANGE- Darla J. Breault, 63, of East River Street, died on Sunday morning, March 3, 2024 at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
Born in Gardner on August 9, 1960, she was the daughter of Gerald J. and Corrine (Soucie) Breault and grew up in Athol and attended Athol Schools including Athol High.
Darla had worked at Quabbin Valley Healthcare in Athol and the former Slencil Company in Orange.
Darla enjoyed hiking, crafting, making homemade dolls and gardening and growing herbs.
Survivors include her son, Shayne Favreau of Orange; a granddaughter, Kyla Favreau of Orange; her siblings, Sharon Perry of Orange, Gary Breault of Orange, Robin Breault of Athol, Kevin Breault of Ashburnham, Jamie Breault of Athol and Geralyn Breault of Athol; a niece, Haley McGurik and grandniece Kaedynce Varnum, along with nephew Dawson Shinn, all of Athol, whom she was very close to; as well as many other nephews, nieces and cousins.
Besides her parents, Darla was predeceased by a brother, David Breault, in 1995.
A potluck reception will be held on April 27, 2024 from 12 noon until 3 p.m. at the Orange American Legion, 40 Daniel Shays Highway, Orange.
