Davi Medina Cruz

ATHOL- Davi Medina Cruz, 46, of Brooks Road, died unexpectedly at home on Saturday, April 30, 2022 after being stricken ill.

Born in Lawrence on April 27, 1976, he was the son of Louis Medina and Patricia Cruz and grew up in Lawrence.

On September 25, 2010, he married Gloria (Serverius) and had enjoyed over 11 years together, but had known each other since high school.

Davi was a mechanic and loved working on cars. He also had a race car and enjoyed the local tracks. He and Gloria also did vinyl graphics together.

Known to help anyone in need, Davi was very compassionate and had a huge heart. His family was of the upmost importance to him and he cherished every moment with them.

Davi is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Cruz, and their children, Alex Olivencia, Mya Cruz and Eva Cruz, all of Athol; his father, Louis Medina of Athol; many nephews and nieces; a sister in law, Deborah Serverius of Lawrence; and in-laws, Margaret and James Gleason of Orange and Joanne and Edmond Ring of Derry, NH; along with many friends.

Davi was predeceased by his mother in 2013.

There are no calling hours and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Donations can be sent to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
