Erica J. (Anderson) Dahl

GARDNER- Erica J. (Anderson) Dahl, 50, of Limerick Street, died at home unexpectedly on Saturday, February 17, 2024 after being stricken ill.

Born in Athol on September 30, 1973, she was the daughter of Bruce A. and Donna J. (Osborne) Anderson and grew up in Royalston, graduating from Athol High School in 1991.

Erica was married to Kristofer Dahl who died in 2020. They had lived in Gardner since 2001.

A lab technician, Erica was employed by Monadnock Hospital and had previously worked at Athol Hospital.

Erica enjoyed crocheting, painting, collecting carnival glass, dragonflies, Harry Potter, shopping and reading. She was fond of cats, especially her current cat “Ethel”.

Erica is survived by her daughters, Eryn Dahl and Abby Dahl, both of Gardner; her mother, Donna Anderson of Athol; a sister, Deanna Haddocks of Athol; two nieces, Brielle Haddocks and Brooke Haddocks; her best friend, Rhonda Wornham of Athol; extended family; and many friends.

There are no calling hours.

A graveside service will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, 900 West Street, Gardner, on February 29, 2024 at 11 a.m.
