Joanne M. (Tatro) Miner

WINCHESTER, NH- Joanne Mae (Tatro) Miner, 84, of Miner Court, passed away on Wednesday morning, September 27, 2023 at UMass Memorial in Worcester, MA.

Born on October 5, 1938, she was the daughter of Earl Ernest Tatro and Edith May (Phelps) Tatro and graduated from Thayer High School in Winchester, NH.

Joanne married Erving Elmer Miner and enjoyed their life together until his passing on December 25, 1991.

Joanne enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and crocheting. She loved her family more than anything.

Joanne is survived by her children, Kari Ann Cleveland ( and the late S. Wayne Cleveland) of Orange, Sharri Miner and her partner, Janine Gratton, of Keene, NH, Dean E. Miner and his wife, Anne, of Winchester, NH; Joanne’s 8 grandchildren, Joshua T. Behrens and his wife, Elisabeth, Lisa M. Cleveland, Krista A. Love and her husband, Lawrence, James Ringland and his wife, Heather, Tarra L. Ringland, Penny Ringland, Alicia Miner and Karen Miner; and fifteen great grandchildren.

Joanne was predeceased by both her son, Cole L. Miner, on July 21, 2020 and his wife Tara J. (Horton) Miner on July 28, 2017.

There are no calling hours.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Evergreen Cemetery, Forest Lake Road (Route 119), Winchester, NH.
