Obituary

ORANGE- Laurie A. (Ambrose) Elborn, 59, of King Pines, East River Street, died on Friday, April 15, 2022 at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
Born in Worcester on July 31, 1962, she was the daughter of the late William and Lorraine (Berthel) Ambrose and grew up in Worcester and graduated from school there.
On May 23, 2018, she married Cindy M. Elborn and enjoyed almost 4 years of marriage.
Laurie had worked at a nursing home for several years before going into private care.
She had enjoyed crocheting and knitting, and loved animals, especially her pugs “Louie” and “Lillie”.
Laurie leaves her wife, Cindy Elborn, of Orange; a son, Normand Duclos, of Orange; and a brother, John Ambrose, of Worcester.
Besides her parents, Laurie was predeceased by a brother, William Ambrose, and a sister, Patricia Ambrose.
Calling hours will be held on April 29, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at Witty's Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange.
There are no formal services.
