GARDNER- Lisa Marie “MiMi” (Courtemanche) Chisholm, 50, of Gardner, Mass. fell asleep in the Lord on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the University of Massachusetts Campus in Worcester surrounded by her family. She was a brain tumor warrior for 18 months prior to her passing.
She was born July 28, 1971 in Marlboro, Mass. She attended school in Athol and Lancaster and got her G.E.D in 1987.
Lisa worked at Athol House of Pizza, Athol Subway, Simplex in Westminster, Superior Friction and T.L.C. (which was her favorite job due to her love of animals and her boss’)
Lisa was a member of the Gardner Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She enjoyed cross stitch, beading, family game nights, reading and most of all, hugs and love from family, friends and her dog “Xena” and two cats “Walley” and “P.J.”
Lisa is survived by her mother, June Willey of Orange; her father, Wayne Courtemanche Sr. and his wife Anita; her loving partner of 14 years, Roland Rainey of Gardner; her children, Danielle Bunker and partner, Ian, Raymond Chisholm and wife Jennifer, Ashlee Chisholm, and Alexandra Rainey. Lisa also leaves her siblings, Christy Barrett and her husband Bruce, Wayne Courtemanche Jr. and his wife Julie, Melissa Marien and her husband Bruce, Aimee Jimenez and her husband Odelis, Rachel Courtemanche and her partner Matthew; grandchildren, Abriana, Sophia, Preston, Jason, Alani, Declan, Emma, and Javier; her aunts and uncles, Frances Murphy, Darlene Lord, Gary Courtemanche, and Bob Lord; along with many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lisa was predeceased by her grandparents, Evelyn Allsobrooks, Arthur Allsobrooks, Leroy Courtemanche, and Edna Courtemanche, as well as her step father, Nelson Willey Jr., grandchildren, Nathaniel Bunker and Jason Tyler, her cousin, Shawn Murphy, her mother in law, Theresa Rainey, and uncle Ernest Murphy.
There are no calling hours.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
