Priscilla A. Legrand

WENDELL- Priscilla A. (Berry) Legrand, 63, of 5 Mountain Laurel Drive, died late Friday evening, January 27, 2012, at home following an illness, with family at her side.
Born in St. Johnsbury, VT on February 27, 1948, she was a daughter of Maynard C. and Arlene E. (Jessman) Berry and moved to Massachusetts at a young age and attended Athol schools.
Priscilla was married to Charles Legrand on December 3, 1994 and enjoyed over 17 years together.
A machine operator at Thomas & Betts in Orange, she previously had worked at the Slencil Company in Orange, the L. S. Starrett Company, and the J. F. MacElwain Shoe Company, both in Athol.
Priscilla enjoyed time with her husband as well as going shopping with her sisters, going to church dinners, and attending yard sales.
She was a member of the Baldwinville American Legion.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Charles Legrand of Wendell; step daughter, Tammy Priestley of Orange; step son, Timothy Legrand of Maryland; step grandchildren, Kelia Legrand, Alexander Priestley, and Trevor Priestley; a great grandson, Brody; sisters, Sandra Savage of Erving, Gloria Brown of Orange, Linda Hobbs of Greenfield, and Jeanette Rustausky of Orange; a brother, Dale Berry.
Priscilla was predeceased by her parents, a sister, Barbara Lewis, and brothers, Russell Berry and Ralph Berry.
There are no calling hours or services.
Witty’s Funeral Home, 158 South Main Street, Orange, is directing the arrangements.
