KISSEMMEE, FL- Ralph Scott Vitello, from Kissimmee FL, age 74, passed away April 3, 2025, in Lakeland, FL.
He was born February 5, 1951, in Athol, Ma. He was the son of Charles and Marguerite Vitello of Orange City, FL.
Ralph lived most of his life in Orange, Ma, spending his final year in Florida with family. He was married for 43 years to Glenna Gilmore Vitello of Orange MA. They were married May 22, 1982, in Orange, MA. He graduated from Ralph C. Mahar Regional High School in 1970, taking great pride in being in band for many years. Later, he attended Greenfield Community College.
Mr. Vitello worked for over 30 years as a Foundryman at Rodney Hunt Co. in Orange, building Water Control Equipment.
He enjoyed playing the guitar, walking in the woods and was a die-hard Patriots and Celtics Fan. He was a long-time member of the Athol-Orange Elks Lodge and, a former Deacon of the Central Congregational Church of Orange MA.
He leaves his wife of 43 years, Glenna Gilmore Vitello, of Orange, MA; his daughters, Cory and her husband Jason Malinoski of Athol, MA, Nina Vitello and her husband Jibreel Williams of Kissimmee, FL, and Sara and her husband Michael Santos of Turners Falls, MA; grandchildren, Jacob Nazim McBride of Pensacola, FL, Nadia Raymond of Holyoke, MA, Jayden Malinoski of Athol, MA; siblings Michael Vitello of Orange City, FL, Elaina and her husband Allan Couturier of Deland, FL, Shelly and her husband Josh Agosto of Deland, FL.
He is predeceased by his mother Marguerite Skinner Vitello in 2017.
Graveside service on April 26, 2025 at 1 P.M., South Cemetery, 585 South Main Street, Orange MA. Reception to follow at the Central Congregational Church, 93 South Main Street, Orange MA.
