Regina R. (Regis)(Marble) Howard

ORANGE- Regina Regis (Marble) Howard, 96, passed away peacefully, October 21, 2023, at Quabbin Valley Health care after a period of declining health.

Regina was born in Farmington, New Hampshire on May 26, 1927, the daughter of John D. and Bessie (Haddock) Regis. She later moved to Athol and graduated from Athol High School, Class of 1945.

She spent many years as Assistant Director of the boys campus at Kurn Hatten, a private school for young boys in Vermont.

Regina enjoyed skiing, camping, and traveling, her friends, as well as oil painting.

She was predeceased by her beloved son, William (Billy) Marble, husbands, Robert Marble and Guy Howard, a sister, Roselyn Miller, and brothers, Daryl Regis, Louis Regis, and Clovis (Ted) Regis.

There are no calling hours.

Regina’s pre-arrangements requested that services and interment in Jones Cemetery, Orange, be private.
