Robert J. Zajac

ORANGE- Robert J. Zajac, 63, of Dana Road, died on July 8, 2025 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Born in Albany, New York on May 25, 1962, he was the son of Edward and Catherine (Mazzacua) Zajac and grew up in Athol, MA, graduating from Athol High School in 1980.

Robert enlisted in the United States Army on August 7, 1980 and was honorably discharged on August 6, 1984.

Robert was a technician for Verizon and retired after 35 years.

He enjoyed rock music and puttering around his house and yard.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Mandy May and her husband Kevin of Easthampton and Erica Carter and her husband Zack of Tewksbury; grandchildren, Jackson May, Madison May, Logan Carter, and Brooklyn Carter; a sister, Me-Ann Martin of Templeton; and brother, Eddie Zajac of Massachusetts.

Robert was predeceased by his parents.

There are no calling hours or services.
