Sandra L. (Noyes) Shaw

ORANGE- Sandra L. (Noyes) Shaw, 76, of Royalston Road, died on Saturday afternoon, February 10, 2024 at Alliance Health Leominster Hospital with loved ones at her side.

Born in Athol on November 7, 1947, she was the daughter of Robert and Arlene (Bennett) Noyes and grew up in Athol and attended Narragansett Regional School in Templeton.

On March 6, 1971, Sandra married John E. Shaw and they have enjoyed over 52 years of marriage and raising their children.

Spending time with her family was treasured by Sandra. She enjoyed playing cards and having friends over to play poker, as well as trips to Foxwoods.

Survivors include her loving husband, John E. Shaw Sr. of Orange;  her children, John Shaw Jr. of Orange, Bryan Shaw and his wife, Laura, of Phillipston, Kimberly Shaw of Orange, Christopher Shaw of Lunenburg, and Lisa Shaw of Orange; 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; a brother, Danny Noyes of New Mexico; and many friends.

Besides her parents, Sandra was predeceased by a son, Randy Shaw Sr., on April 20, 2023.

A celebration of life will be held on February 24, 2024 from 2-6 p.m. at the Wheelerville Community Club, 698 East Main Street, Orange.
