Sharon E. (Bartlett) Nault

ATHOL- Sharon E. (Bartlett) Nault, 77, of Glendale Avenue, died on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Healthcare Campus in Worcester.

Born in Gardner on February 21, 1944, she was the daughter of Albert G. and Marion C. (Sabot) Bartlett and grew up in Athol, graduating from Athol High School in 1962. She later attended Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner.

Employed by the former Union Twist Drill in Athol, she later became a special needs aide at the Athol Elementary Schools, as well as volunteered as librarian in the schools also.

Sharon is survived by a daughter, Christine Devarney, of Auburn; a son, David Nault of Rochester, NY; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; as well as a step great grandchild.

Besides her parents, Sharon was predeceased by a son, Steven Nault, on September 2, 2018.

A graveside service will be held on December 9th at 1 p.m. in South Cemetery, 585 South Main Street, Orange, with Rev. Mary Owen of the Starrett Memorial United Methodist Church in Athol officiating.

A celebration of life will follow the graveside service on December 9th at 2 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Starrett Memorial United Methodist Church, 40 Island Street, Athol.
