Stanley E. Hatstat
ORANGE- Stanley E. Hatstat, 66, of Pleasant Street, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 22, 2021 after being stricken ill.
Born in Holden on March 13, 1955, he was the son of Raymond and Elizabeth (LaBombard) Hatstat and grew up in New Hampshire, graduating from Winchester High School.
Stanley was a machinist and had worked for the L. S. Starrett Company in Athol, as well as Rodney Hunt Company in Orange and Bete Fog Nozzle in Greenfield.
Stanley had been married to Sharon (Read) and previously Barbara (Fifield).
Stanley enjoyed racing cars as well as birding.
Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Hatstat of Orange; children, Heather Ali, Daniel Hatstat and Jonathan Hatstat, all of Missouri; many grandchildren; step children, Sean Divoll and Christopher Divoll of Massachusetts and Rachel Gauthier of New Hampshire; a sister, Beth Hatstat of Orange; a brother, Steve Hatstat of New Hampshire; two nieces, Brittany Earl of Erving and Brooke Hayes of Orange; and his long time girl friend, Lori Hopkins of Orange.
Stanley was predeceased by his father in 2011 and by a brother, Raymond A. Hatstat in 1954.
There are no calling hours.
Services will be held at a later date.
