Edward P. Alden III

ORANGE- Edward P. Alden III, 60, of Putnam Street, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017 at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Worcester.

Born in Los Angeles, California on February 3, 1957 he was a son of Edward P. Jr. and Arlene (Conrad) Alden and grew up in Orange, attending Ralph C. Mahar Regional High School Class of 1975.

He enjoyed Red Sox, Patriots and the Boston Bruins. He also enjoyed movies. Ed was an exceptional bowler, winning many awards.

Ed was a very kind person and will be missed by all who knew him.

Ed is survived by sisters, Marie Lima and her husband, John, of Randallstown, Maryland, and Judie Baxter of Orange; a niece, Ellen Martin and her husband, Henry, of Erving, and their son, Hunter.

There are no calling hours.

A gathering will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 6 p.m. at  the Mission Covenant Church, 53 Pleasant Street, Orange.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Mission Covenant Church, 53 Pleasant Street, Orange, MA 01364.
